All purchases made through Blinkit-AI are for digital services and subscriptions that provide immediate access to AI tools, models, and related features.
As a result, we do not generally offer refunds once access to our services has been activated, except in specific cases as outlined below.
2. Eligible Refund Scenarios
Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:
Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same service due to a system or payment error.
Technical Issue on Our End: If you are unable to access our platform due to a verified, persistent technical fault originating from Blinkit-AI’s systems.
Service Non-Delivery: If a purchased service or subscription was not activated or delivered as promised within the expected timeframe.
All eligible refund requests must be made within 7 calendar days of the original transaction.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
Change of mind after purchase or subscription renewal.
Partial usage of the subscription period.
Inability to use a service due to third-party issues (internet connection, device compatibility, etc.).
Discounts, promotional or trial-based subscriptions.
Customized AI services, integrations, or consulting delivered as per client request.
4. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Blinkit-AI account dashboard.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
You will continue to have access to your plan until it expires, and no prorated refunds will be issued for partial months or unused periods.
5. How to Request a Refund

with the following details:
Full name and registered email address
Payment transaction ID or invoice number
Description of the issue and reason for refund request
Our support team will review your request within 5–7 business days and notify you of the outcome.
6. Refund Method
If your refund is approved, the amount will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider’s policies.
7. Changes to This Policy
Blinkit-AI reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
